Compact, three work station for centrifugal casting, patented machines for the production of small to medium sized accessories for the leather and shoe industry, promotional items, costume jewelry, buckles, medallions, plaques, keyfobs, souvenirs, metal parts, etc. with a production rate up to 250 castings per hour.

• Asynchronous three-phase motor controlled by digital frequency converter for continous variation of centrifugal speed (from 0 to 1500 rpm).
• The inverter allows an electronic regulation of acceleration during start-up and deceleration ramps with reduction of splitting in the moulds and long llife of trasmission parts.
• Centrifugal speed programming keyboard (10 pre-programmed speeds + 1 speed with potentiometer)
• Die closing dual pressure device.
• Fixed protection ring of rotating table

• Base consists of a heavy steel structure processed on N.C. machines to guarantee precision of assembly and easy interchangeability of the mechanical control mechanisms.
• Table rotating unit with 3 work-stations accepts moulds to 350 mm (400 mm diameter on request) and thickness up to 60 mm deep
• Safety device in the centrifugal area prevents the accidental spillage of molten metal
• Fan for die cooling
• Customised TIN-ZINC machines
• Voltage 220/380 V, threephase - 50 Hz.

• 24 V. a.c. centralized control panel for all the machines’s functions with led.
• 16 kbyte programmable microprocessor PCB controls all machines’s functions.
• Digital timer with microprocessor for centrifugal timer regulation.

• The plant has no furnace incorporated: it requires one of our electric F Matic or gas heated (Methane or LPG) furnace F Matic with a capacity of 120 kg or 220 kg.
