TRSE AUTOMAT c asting plants are designed for the production of small to medium sized items: such as accessories for shoes and leather industry, promotional items, costume jewelry, buckles, medallions and plaques, key chains, souvenirs, metal parts, etc. with an effective output of 300 casting per hour.

       
    SPECIFIC TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
   
  • Asynchronous three-phase motor controlled by a digital frequency converter for automatic variation of centrifugal speed (from 0 to 1500 rpm) and regulation of the rotating cylinder acceleration and deceleration ramps.
  • Safety device mounted in the centrifuging zone to prevent accidental spillage of molten metal.
  • Device fixed to the rotating mould table
  • Patented thermostatically controlled beated pipe. It reduces the metal temperature inside the pipe.
    OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES
    Loader for risers and metal (patented) complete with three-position level control:
   
  • high : (prevents overloading of metal into the crucible)
  • minimum : (controls the loader operation)
  • emergency: (signals an alarm to the operator until he adds ½ ingot that the conveyor transports to the crucible).
    This system guarantees that :
   
  • the level of the molten metal is maintained constant
  • the temperature of the molten metal remain costant
  • the quality of the alloy (risers/ingots)
