Technical Characteristics

• Heavy electro-welded steel structure
• Independent oleodynamic unit complete with: motor, high pressure pump (work pressure), low pressure pump (degassing pressure), electrovalve, pressure switch for regulation of maximum pressure of degassing, maximum pressure valve.
• Automatic pressure regulation during the work cycle.
• Hot plates with electric resistances.
• Temperature uniformity on the surface of the hot plates: ± 1 °C.
• Protection door interlocked by a safety microswitch in compliance with EEC regulations.

Centralized synoptic control panel 24 V ac with:

• Emergency mushroom-shaped pushbutton
• Start cycle switch
• Descent pushbutton
• Nº 2 pyrometers for temperatre regulation of each hot plate.
• Programming of vulcanization timer by a timer.
• Setting of the degassing cycle by a counter of cycle
• Control of vulcanising pressure by a manometer.
